First Choice Immigration Services

Our aim at First Choice Immigration services is to offer a first class service in submitting your application on behalf of your client in the morning to the Home Office with same day collection and safe return.

Currently the Home Office offers the same day representative service for the following Categories of Visa applications :-

Set M - A marriage application where the applicant is married to a person who is either British or is free from Immigration control and has spent two years probation period with that person and is applying for settlement.

Set O - A work permit application where the applicant has spent five years as a work permit holder or 4 years as a HSMP (Highly Skilled Migrant Program). Applicant is subject to judicial review and is process of applying for indefinite leave to remain in the UK.

Tier 1 - A work permit application where the applicant is a HSMP (Highly Skilled Migrant) Holder applying for an extension to work in the UK and PSW (Post Study Work) for which the applicant has studied at university level and wants to work in an area relevant to their studies.
